Call was a waste of time. No help with problem and still even the property management's a disappoinment. No resolution to problem

I don't know how many people we called to get one simple answer no response no phone call back and the people we talked to that not they department they couldn't help us

I own a small flood restoration business in Nevada and was called out to one of your properties in Las Vegas. With verbal authorization from the onsite employee I went to work helping two of your tenants with a flood and dryout process. This flood seemed to be caused by a leak within the walls. Unfortunately the rep from Westland told me to go ahead and file a lien and they would turn it over to their attorneys, mind you I HELPED THEM mitigate their flood and preserve their property. I have all my paperwork in order, it's just too bad big companies treat little companies like this for providing a service to their customers. I saw these customers today after not being there for months and they were still grateful for how we helped them and their families that evening. Hopefully this post reaches someone in management before wasting resources fighting a lien over a small invoice for honest hard work.

I would like to get in contact with someone from corporate ASAP! I have email the Regional Evelyn and email corporate with no response. If your smart do not move or work for this company. This has been my wall since December and I received a 30 day notice because I asked for an update . Funny thing is I also worked for them and this one of the many reasons I left !
